On I received a response stating that the replacement process has been delayed due to details not being provided by their 'FAREPAY card vendor' and in order to process it as a refund instead of replacement the refund would need to be mailed as a check instead of refunded to my debit card that made the purchase. By I had heard no further information and emailed again regarding my card replacement or failing that a refund to my original payment method. On I received a response that they have opened a feedback report regarding my issue, # ******, and had started the replacement process to get me a new card with a promise to keep me updated on the process. I waited until and had still not received my order, I submitted another email to the customer support department regarding the status of my order or to get a replacement. On I had not received any package containing the ordered card, so I contacted the customer support team through the email form provided, on I got a response that my order should arrive within 7-10 business days, contradicting the information provided in my order confirmation. On I received a shipping confirmation, with the packaging number being obscured and not usable in tracking any package, stating that the card had been shipped with the USPS. I received an email the same day with a confirmation stating I should expect my card within 5-7 business days. Loaded with $17 and paid a $3 fee for a total of $20. On I ordered a FAREPAY card from the Utah Transit Authority website.
